As an external party, she also likes to enter discussions with the experts within the organization who are usually responsible for processing requests. Through these conversations, she would like to advise them on the options for approaching the quotation request at an early stage (together with your current purchasing department). As a purchasing professional, it is our strong conviction that when good cooperation is established between the applicant/user and the professional purchaser in the first phase of every need, then successes can be achieved in best result. In such conversations, capacity can sometimes be lacking when this takes place with the internal purchasers. It therefore offers us as an external party just that little bit more added value to approach these users (with more distance).
